Dr. Russell Foulk, MD, HCLD, FACOG

Reproductive Endocrinologist

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Foulk has helped several thousand couples from around the world achieve their dream of having a baby. Dr. Foulk is an internationally renowned expert in the field of reproductive endocrinology, having established active fertility treatment centers in four different states so that he can enable all those who struggle with infertility find an affordable way to start a family.

Dr. Foulk completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco after his residency at the University of California, Irvine in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Foulk attended the University of California, San Diego for medical school and received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.

 

Dr. Gary Levy, MD, FACOG

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Levy is a Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist with extensive knowledge, military service and decades of experience in the fertility sector. A few of his primary focuses include assisted reproduction, ovarian stimulation, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids.

His passion is seeing his patients succeed in their fertility journey. He is meticulous in evaluating all prior history and treatment protocols and tailoring care to specifically target the individual patient leading to improved outcomes. Dr. Levy has designated his career to academic advancement of reproductive medicine and teaching. Over the last two years, Dr. Levy served as a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility board examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).

Dr. Levy attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree. After college he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army and after completing his medical training at the Uniformed Services University, Tripler Army Medical Center and the National Institute of Health, spent eleven years on Active Duty serving as a military physician practicing reproductive medicine and training the next generation of military doctors. During his Active-Duty service, Dr. Levy deployed to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne division.

Dr. Levy is married with three children. In his “rare” time away from medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and three children. He also enjoys playing hockey, exercising and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He is very excited about being part of the team at Nevada Fertility Center and helping patients achieve their dream of building families.

Dr. Khurram Rehman, MD

Reproductive Endocrinologist

With over 18 years of experience in helping people become parents, Dr. Khurram Rehman is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His areas of expertise include IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, PCOS, fertility preservation, and collaborative reproduction including donor egg and gestational carrier surrogacy.

Dr. Rehman graduated with Distinction from St. George's Hospital Medical School at the University of London, England, where he also earned his B.Sc. in Basic Medical Sciences with Pharmacology. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, before practicing as a Reproductive Endocrinologist in Texas and in Washington. Dr. Rehman is a member of The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Norman F. Miller Gynecologic Society. 

Dr Rehman likes to spend time with his four children, and enjoys traveling, bike riding, hiking, camping, skiing and experiencing music. He loves seeing patients 'graduate' to the care of their OB doctors, and seeing patients come visit with their babies or older kids or send pictures or holiday cards, never gets old! Knowing the story behind the success makes it sweeter.

Kimberly Carter, MS, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Kimberly is an accomplished family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping those who struggle with infertility. Kimberly graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and worked as a registered nurse for 8 years before furthering her education to pursue a Master of Science degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2013. She also holds a Master of Science degree in nursing education from Texas Christian University.

Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising, and going to the beach. Kimberly is excited to join the team at Nevada Fertility Center to assist patients in achieving their dreams of becoming parents and having a family.

Shannon McGrath, MSN, WHNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Shannon L McGrath is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing since 2000. A native of Southern California, Shannon received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego and went on to graduate with honors from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing. 

Shannon’s is passionate about her role as an NP, providing direct patient care with compassion, professionalism and extensive expertise. Her wealth of nursing knowledge and her relentless motivation contributes to her vast clinical skills as well as contributes to her ability to efficiently collaborate with physicians and other medical providers. Shannon guides patients through their individualized treatment plans as well as perform in-office procedures, routine female health screening and patient education.
